Nanovision’s Mimo Mini USB Monitor is an excellent accessory for the stationary computer as well as the traveling laptop. This small 7″ monitor is meant to display an extension of your desktop.

Why would the Mimo Mini display be necessary?

-  If you are like me and spend a lot of your day using Adobe software such as InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop, this monitor extension is perfect for displaying your toolbars so you can keep the focus of your main display on the actual project.

- You can place your buddy list, IM window, and media player onto the mini display so you aren’t forced to toggle between windows to see who signed online, who sent you a message, or to change the current track.

- Is video conferencing a necessity for you? Keep your main monitor focused on the shared screen or presentation while utilizing the Mimo display to talk to your friends or colleagues.

- The Mimo USB Monitor is very small and only requires a single USB connection. The portability is ideal for the traveler who needs a little extra display room while on the road.

The 710-s starts at $149 and the 720-s can be had for $229. The 720-s boasts full touchscreen capabilities to justify the price increase. Both models are confirmed to work with Mac OSX 10.5 or later, Windows XP and Windows Vista. The Windows 7 driver is still in beta testing.
